Mr. Tibi is an experienced dot.com CEO, management consultant, and business transformation executive. Mr. Tibi spent over thirty years managing strategic initiatives at for-profit, government, not-for-profit, and SDVOSB organizations that include Cedars Sinai, Cisco Advanced Services, City of Hope, Fluor Daniel, Lockheed Martin, Nestle USA, The United States Air Force, The United States Department of Veterans Affairs and various State, Local and Education institutions.
He is responsible for creating the IQ Medical Alliance Group business model, developing the strategic roadmap, and the related business development strategies. Prior to creating IQ Medical Alliance Group, Mr. Tibi oversaw a team at the City of Hope responsible for providing budget strategies and program oversight of the IT aspects of a $2B construction portfolio.
Judith Kanschat, MS, BSN, RN, Co-Founder & Chief Nursing Officer
Ms. Kanschat is an expert in clinical workflow analysis, application strategies and budget development. Ms. Kanschat has more than 20 years of experience providing executive oversite on multiple, high profile/high risk clinical systems programs for organizations.
These include Accenture, Cedars Sinai, City of Hope, Cottage Health System, Hoag, MD Anderson, Houston Methodist Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Partners Health Care, UCLA. She is responsible for overseeing the development of the TOCCORP Diagnostic tool.

He has been quoted in over 100 publications including CNN, ABC, CBS, Business Week, Entrepreneur, and has raised over $27 million in funding.
He is the former VP of Sales and Marketing with TAC (now called MarketStar–grew to over 4,000 people), a VP Marketing at Goldmine Software (#1 Rated CRM), VP Marketing at Harcourt (Sea World, Neiman Marcus, Harcourt Education), Sr. VP Marketing at $48 billion Motorola, and VP Marketing at $130 billion GE. In addition, he helped form Red Storm Entertainment with Tom Clancy, and led the marketing team that published Netscape Navigator, which inaugurated the .com era.
